If you are not able to complete this on line application in a single session, please download the attached application form (formatted Excel spreadsheet) and input the requested information. When you are ready to submit your plan, either copy the spreadsheet information into the application form, or send the spreadsheet as an email attachment.
Even if you are able to fill out online, you might find the spreadsheet a useful tool for collecting the necessary details for your application in advance.
If sending via email, please type “Business Plan Submission” in the subject area, attach your plan to the email and send it to the following email address (mark@nh-icc.org).
